Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders during our regular business hours (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
