At Boat Cameras, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our marine camera systems and accessories.

Standard Warranty

All our products come with a standard limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur during normal, intended use of the product in a marine environment.

What is Not Covered?

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or accidents.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
• Damage caused by extreme weather events or acts of nature beyond the product's specified ratings.

Claiming Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for inspection and repair or replacement.
